FAQ
Do you do custom builds?

Yes — within limits. Custom options like an entirely different body shape are much more work in aluminum than in wood. In principle it’s possible, but it will raise the price further.

That said, even without major custom work, the range of finish options is huge — it’s unlikely any two of my guitars will be the same.

What is the lead time?

It depends on the exact spec and current workload. You’ll get a fairly precise estimate before you place an order, but as a rule of thumb, expect around 3 months.

What does your pricing look like?

I keep an “ask for pricing” policy. What I can say is that these are premium, high-cost instruments. The main drivers are material costs, CNC machine time, hundreds of hours of design work, and years of prototyping that cost me… let’s just leave it at “a lot”.

How do I order?

Use the contact form and tell me which model, finish/color, and pickups you’re interested in. I’ll send you a quote, and we’ll take it from there.

If you have questions — especially about finishes (there are a lot) — feel free to ask. I’m happy to explore options with you.

Isn’t aluminum super heavy?

Yes — much heavier than wood. A solid aluminum guitar without weight-reducing design choices would be impractically heavy (well over 10 kg / 22 lbs). My guitars use a hollow body (not prone to feedback) and a hollow neck, which brings the weight down to around 3 kg, depending on the model.

Do they sound different than wooden guitars?

They’re not a radical departure from the classic electric-guitar sound. They still sound like a great electric guitar — with a super fast attack, long sustain, and an airy top end that stays present without getting harsh.
